Fill in the Meet Name and Dates
Fill in the Swimmer’s Name
List the events that the swimmer will swim. Make sure that your swimmer
meets the time standards for the event. Some meets have slower than, or
faster than time standards. This information can be found in the Meet
Information handout for that meet.
Check whether we can use the swimmer in a relay or not. The team pays
for the relay fees. Relays determined by the coach.
The event fee can be found in the Meet Information handout for that
meet.
